12) What is the dorm like and where is it located?

Our dorm is a large modern building located in the heart of the Chabad Community, a secure and safe part of town. There are 2 girls in a room – spacious and nicely decorated. The facilities include a library, gym, common lounge area, dining room, laundry, etc. It's a 7-minute walk from the main seminary building. Being situated here allows students to be in touch with families, often enjoying shabbat meals in their homes, and joining in seminary programs which interact with the local community.

13) What about the food?

We are privileged to have an in-house cook preparing 3 balanced meals a day, and who is also open to new suggestions. There is a drinks and snack station at the seminary open every day. The dorm fridges are also well-stocked with snacks for in between meals. Allergies and preferences are taken into consideration when notified.

The full details regarding vacations and breaks will be given to you upon your acceptance to our seminary. The seminary year usually starts in September and ends in June the following year, with a winter break in between the first and second semesters, and spring break for Pesach. There are other short breaks throughout the year. Please note that girls living in the dorm are not able to stay in the dorm during seminary closures. It is the responsibility of the student and parents to make suitable arrangements.

15) Do I need additional spending money in addition to tuition?

You are encouraged to bring a bit of pocket money, however it is overall considered an extra as all meals and trips are included in the tuition price.
